In TMNF and TMUF you can click the number 7 on your keyboard while playing a track to enter freecam (eometimes referred to as cam 7). In freecam, you can click forwards to freely fly around the map. If you keep holding forwards, the speed at which freecam id moving will be accelerating. While using freecam, your car doesn't move. Freecam can be useful to have an overview of the map, helping you figure out the right path and find potential shortcuts.
