A uberbug is what we call the car gaining an unusual amount of speed in a very short time, while performing a bugslide.
There isn't an exact minimum speed for getting a uberbug, but some of the lowest speed uberbugs ever acheived with TAS include A06-Obstacle with a 195 speed setup and D07 with a 196 speed setup.
