Tech is a Trackmania map style where the player generally has to drift or slide to make it through tight turns and passages. It was traditionally the style of competition tracks, though especially in recent years (and in the newer Trackmania game) it is less dominant and is used alongside the Mixed style.
One of the most legendary Tech maps to exist is ESL Hockolicious, because of it legacy it is also catagorized as a Classic Track.
